Trimet Storage Solutions recently completed a push-back racking project for a meat processing company in Balzac, helping the client improve warehouse performance while working within a constrained footprint.
The facility was managing oversized pallets in a limited space, creating challenges for storage density, accessibility, and operational flow. Traditional storage approaches were not well suited to the size of the pallets or the need to keep inventory organized and accessible.
To address this, Trimet designed, manufactured, and installed a push-back racking system tailored to the client’s operation. This solution allowed the facility to increase storage density by making better use of available space, while still supporting efficient access to inventory and smoother warehouse movement.
The result was a more efficient and functional warehouse layout that improved storage capacity without requiring an expansion of the facility footprint.
